Essential oils have been used to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being for thousands of years.
They come from the volatile life source of plants and are a pure and natural element. I use various oils during massage sessions, for their specific ability to support body systems, alleviate muscle spasms, and to invoke a feeling of meditative relaxation.
At home I use oils every day. Whether I infuse a delicious scent, massage a couple of drops into my skin, or add one to my favorite tea, I am constantly pleased and amazed at the benefits.
I use oils from Aromatics International and Young Living because I am convinced of their superior quality. I enjoy learning about and experimenting with essential oils and am working on my national certification as an Aromatherapist through the Aromahead Institute.
