After a short information-gathering chat, I will leave the room and let you GET COMFORTABLE on the WARM MASSAGE TABLE.
THE SOUND OF OCEAN WAVES fills the room, the lighting is low, and the air is infused with a CALMING SCENT to begin the relaxation process.
Every session begins with HOT TOWELS applied to the feet, followed by a super-moisturizing FOOT TREATMENT.
Then I move to the scalp and neck muscles, using GENTLE STRETCHES and TRACTION to help work out tension and knots.
I work my way into the shoulders and upper back, and continue with arms and legs, using several RELAXATION TECHNIQUES, with more SPECIFIC, DEEPER WORK where I find tension.
I will also use this time, if relevant, to ADDRESS ISSUES YOU HAVE IDENTIFIED during your intake process.
Gentle STRETCHING and COMPRESSION is used to PROMOTE CIRCULATION to tired muscles.
A SECOND FOOT MASSAGE follows work on each leg.
Then it's time to roll over and I begin work with gentle compression to THE BACK OF THE BODY.
The ENTIRE BACK receives attention, RELIEVING TENSION AND SORENESS.
A FEELING OF WELL-BEING moves in as the TENSION LEAVES your body.
At this time I leave you with a WARM PEPPERMINT-SCENTED towel and a cup of fresh water so that you can REFRESH YOURSELF as you prepare to return to your day.
